Replace your failed body control module with an OEM 2006-2007 Dodge Magnum BCM, programmed to your vehicle before it ships.
This module is a direct replacement for units carrying part number 68001371AB. Every unit is refurbished, bench-tested against OEM specification, and programmed to your VIN before dispatch.
Also replaces: 04896371AA, 05081041AG, 4692032AE
What the BCM controls
The body control module runs the electrical systems around the cabin rather than the engine: interior and exterior lighting, power locks and windows, wipers, the horn and chimes, remote keyless entry, and on these vehicles the anti-theft system.
Where it sits
Driver side, left of the steering column.
Symptoms of a failing BCM
- Lights staying on, flickering, or not responding
- Power locks cycling on their own, or the key fob no longer working
- Wipers running without input
- Battery draining overnight because the module will not sleep
- Engine cranking but not starting, because the immobiliser will not authorise it
Important: the odometer reading
On Chrysler group vehicles the mileage is stored in the body control module. After fitting a replacement the dash will show the donor unit’s mileage until a dealer reprograms it to your correct figure. We tell you this before you order rather than letting it come as a surprise.
Rule these out first
A weak battery, corroded body grounds or water intrusion will all imitate a failed BCM. If yours failed and you have damp carpet, find the leak first or the replacement will fail the same way.
No core charge, and no core to send back
There is no core charge on this module, no deposit and nothing to return. Keep your old unit, and your lifetime warranty starts the day it ships.
Before you order
Enter your 17-character VIN at checkout, and read the part number from the label on your existing module. If unsure, call 516-494-7838 and a technician will confirm fitment.
