RETURNS AND WARRANTY

All products are accompanied by a LIFETIME WARRANTY..

Please note that the warranty does not cover any costs related to the installation or removal of parts, including locksmith fees. The buyer will not be reimbursed for such expenses under any circumstances. By purchasing the item, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that the seller’s liability is limited to the price of the product sold. The seller is not responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of the item(s) sold by any entity operated by Clifford Auto Parts, LLC. and the buyer releases the seller from any such liability, both now and in the future.

The Warranty lifetime warranty will be void if the returned item shows any signs of:

  • Burnt components
  • Physical or water damage
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Modifications, opening, tampering, or usage for any purposes other than the original intention
  • Involvement of the vehicle in a collision
  • Removal, breakage, or damage of the security seal

To validate the warranty, the buyer must activate it within 20 days of receiving the product. After one claim has been made, the warranty will no longer be valid.

RETURNS:

Returns will be handled in the sequence they are received and may require additional time for processing compared to order fulfillment. All requests for a refund must be received by the seller within 30 days from the original date of purchase. No exceptions will be made to this timeframe.

Returns received after 30 days from the original purchase date may be eligible for an exchange or in-store credit, unless otherwise specified. In-store credit is subject to return fees if the unit is deemed free of defects, which will be determined solely by the seller. A replacement will not be issued until the return is received by the seller.

CONDITION:

Please ensure that all returns are in their original condition. Before purchasing electrical parts, we thoroughly test them. In the event of a return, we will inspect all units for any signs of burnt components, physical damage, or water damage. We want to inform you that as a seller, we reserve the right to request the buyer to send back a unit that is claimed to be faulty or defective. This testing will be done at the buyer’s expense, and it will help us determine if a replacement is necessary.

AUTHORIZATION:

To initiate a return, it is essential to include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with your returned items. Please note that any returns received without proper authorization will not be processed. Unauthorized returns will be held for a maximum of 45 days upon receipt. After this period, if an unauthorized return is neither claimed nor accompanied by an RMA, the Seller retains the right to retain possession of the unclaimed or unauthorized return.

FEES:

If a return is determined to be non-faulty, a restocking fee of 20% will be applicable. Additionally, returned programmed items will incur a non-refundable programming fee of $100. In the case of a return involving purchased keys, an additional non-refundable key fee of $110 will be charged.

Please note that all items we offer are OEM/Refurbished. The Seller will not reimburse any fees incurred by the Buyer related to potential faulty or defective units. This includes, but is not limited to, locksmith fees, diagnostic fees, rental car fees, storage fees, dealership fees, third-party reprogramming fees, and any similar charges.
