Payment Options, Pricing & Promotions

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) as valid forms of payment. Please note that a sales tax of 8.75% will be charged on all transactions made within the state of New York.

Easy Returns & Replacements

We stand behind the quality of our products. All items come with a Warranty lifetime warranty, excluding labor costs associated with installation and/or removal of parts, as well as any locksmith fees. Please note that the buyer will not be reimbursed for such fees under any circumstances. By purchasing from any entity operated by Clifford Auto Parts, LLC, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that the seller’s liability is limited to the price of the item sold, and the seller is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from the use of the item(s). Returns must be in original condition and accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns will not be processed and will be held for a maximum of 45 days, after which the seller reserves the right to retain the unclaimed/unauthorized return. Electrical parts are thoroughly tested before purchase, and upon return, all units will undergo inspection for burnt components, physical damage, and water damage.

Please note that returns are processed in the order received and may have a longer handling time compared to order processing. The Warranty lifetime warranty becomes void if an item is returned with any signs of: (a) burnt components, (b) physical and/or water damage, (c) misuse, abuse, modifications, opening, tampering, and/or use for any purpose not originally intended, (d) involvement in a collision, or (e) removal, breakage, or damage to the security seal. To activate the warranty, the buyer must do so within 20 days of receiving the item. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and returned programmed items may incur an additional non-refundable programming fee of $85. If keys were purchased, the return may also be subject to an additional non-refundable key fee of $90.

For returns requesting a refund, the item must be received by the seller within 30 days from the date of the original purchase without exceptions. Returns received after 30 days may be eligible for an exchange or in-store credit, depending on the circumstances. In-store credit is subject to return fees only if the unit is free of defects, as determined solely by the seller. The seller reserves the right to request the return of an alleged faulty/defective unit at the buyer’s expense for testing before issuing a replacement. No replacements will be issued until the return is received. Please note that all items are OEM/Refurbished, and the seller will not reimburse any fees incurred by the buyer in relation to possible faulty/defective unit(s), including but not limited to locksmith fees, diagnostic fees, rental car fees, storage fees, dealership fees, third-party reprogramming fees, and others. After one warranty claim, the warranty is considered exhausted. By making a purchase, the buyer acknowledges, understands, and accepts all the terms outlined herein as controlling.

  • Once your order is fully processed for refurbishing/programming, please allow a handling time of 1-3 full business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) unless otherwise specified. During this time, our team will prepare your item to ensure its quality and functionality.
  • Upon completion of the refurbishing/programming process, your item will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail by default, unless you choose to purchase an upgraded shipping method. USPS Priority Mail provides reliable and timely delivery for your convenience.
  • For units that finalize refurbishing/programming before 3:00 p.m. EST, they will be shipped on the same day. However, units that complete refurbishing/programming after 3:00 p.m. EST will be shipped on the following business day. This allows us to maintain efficient order processing and ensure prompt delivery of your item.
  • Shipping times within the country may vary, but they generally range between 1-3 shipping days (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays). We strive to provide timely deliveries to our customers. In the event of any unexpected delays, we will promptly notify you via email, keeping you informed throughout the shipping process.

Order Information

Please note that it is the buyer’s sole responsibility to conduct accurate interchange research. While the interchange information provided in the listings is speculative, the buyer must verify its accuracy independently.

Programming Services

We offer programming services for all OBDII (1996+) auto computer modules. “Uncoded,” also referred to as “virgin” or “blank,” indicates that the unit does not hold a code and requires programming/updating. On the other hand, modules labeled as “Plug & Play” do not require additional programming and can be easily swapped with your current computer.
